Mixed feelings about Gnosis

I've been using Gnosis for trading and staking, but the experience is kind of hit or miss. Some days, the transactions fly through and everything feels smooth. Other times, I face delays and the app crashes unexpectedly. Also, the prediction markets are cool but not very beginner-friendly. Support is slow to respond, which doesn’t help when you’re stuck. I’m hopeful they fix these issues soon because the concept is solid.
