Some hits and misses with styles

I ordered from their seasonal sale hoping to refresh my wardrobe but the jacket’s zipper broke after second wear. The t-shirts however have held up really well through several washes. Customer service responded but took a couple days. I like their styles but quality is a bit inconsistent lately.

Mixed feelings about the new collection

I bought a couple of sweaters from their spring lineup but one came with a small tear. Contacted support and they were helpful but it took almost a week to get a replacement. The colors were nice, but the sizing felt inconsistent compared to last year. Kind of a hassle but still like some pieces.
