Mostly satisfied with FXCM’s services. The platform feels quite intuitive and customer service responds promptly, but I’ve noticed spreads widen quite a lot during major economic releases, which made some trades less profitable. The margin maintenance notifications are useful though and have saved me from liquidation a couple of times. I’d like better transparency on overnight fees, which weren’t clear at first.

Had to contact support twice last month about order execution delays. They fixed the issues eventually, but it was frustrating when trying to catch short-term price moves. The deposit process was straightforward, which I liked.

Spreads on major forex pairs are quite tight, and the use options fit my trading style well. The recent update brought useful new features but also some bugs my charts froze a couple of times and I had to restart the platform. Support was helpful but tickets took longer than expected to resolve. Hoping these kinks get ironed out soon because otherwise it’s a solid broker.
