Mixed feelings about execution

Mixed experience, needs better support and stability
I opened an account with Fusion Markets because the low-cost structure sounded great for my day trading strategy. Initially, it was promising with tight spreads and decent use options. But over the last two months, the platform has been glitching during peak trading hours, causing delayed order execution which cost me a few trades. I also had a withdrawal that got stuck for three days before support finally sorted it out after multiple follow-ups. I like their fee model but the tech issues and slow support make me hesitant to fully trust them yet.

Decent broker but support is slow and platform glitches
Started trading with Fusion Markets after hearing about their low fees and promising execution speeds. Initially, everything seemed fine, but I soon noticed the platform occasionally froze during high volatility, which made it hard to close positions on time. Also, their chat support took nearly 24 hours to respond when I asked about a stuck withdrawal. This delay cost me in a volatile market. On the plus side, spreads are competitive and they offer a decent range of instruments. Still, I’d like faster support and a more stable app before recommending it fully.
