Solid experience but needs improvement
FreshBooks has simplified my billing process a lot. Setting up clients and sending invoices is a breeze, which saves me time. However, I wish they had better integration with some other tools I use. Also, the customer support could be faster; I waited a bit too long for a response when I had a question about a payment discrepancy.

Great tool, but a few hiccups
I've been using FreshBooks for a few months now and it’s been pretty good. The invoicing features are really easy to navigate and I love how it tracks expenses automatically. But sometimes, the app glitches, and I’ve had to refresh it a couple of times to pull up my reports.
