Decent platform with some quirks
Charting tools are pretty full but I noticed the price feed sometimes lags by a few seconds during busy sessions. The educational webinars helped me improve my strategy. Deposit and withdrawal processes are straightforward though I wish fees were lower.

Mixed feelings about FOREX.com
I’ve been trading here nearly a year and the platform has plenty of advanced options, which I like. However, their analysis tools sometimes freeze during high volatility moments, which feels like bad timing. Withdrawals are generally on time but higher fees compared to other brokers annoyed me. Also, customer service is slow responding on weekends, which is frustrating when you need quick help. Still, it’s a decent place for serious forex trading if you’re patient.

Frustrated with customer support and fees
Started trading here six months ago, attracted by the solid platform and range of currency pairs. Unfortunately, I hit a roadblock with KYC verification that took weeks despite submitting all documents promptly. Also, the withdrawal fees were more than I expected, which cut into my smaller profits. The app sometimes lags during peak hours, making it tough to place orders exactly when I want. I reached out to support multiple times but got generic replies that didn’t resolve my issues. While the platform itself is feature-rich, these hiccups made me rethink continuing here.
