Test drove the F-150 Lightning last week and was blown away by the instant torque. Charging at home took about 10 hours on a standard outlet. The tech inside feels futuristic, especially the large touchscreen. Definitely a big step for Ford into EVs.

I bought a Ford Transit van for my small delivery business earlier this year. It’s got plenty of cargo space which is a huge plus, and the engine performance is solid even when fully loaded. However, the initial paperwork for the fleet financing was a bit of a nightmare, took longer than expected and some fees weren’t clearly explained upfront. Also, I had to visit the dealership twice to get all the software updates installed, which was annoying considering I was eager to get on the road. On the bright side, customer service was patient once I got through to them and helped sort out the issues. the van fits my needs but the buying process could be smoother.

I’ve had my Escape for six months now and it drives great around town. The SYNC system is intuitive, but when I had an issue with app connectivity, customer support took a few days to respond. Hope they improve that soon.

My 2021 Ford Fusion has been solid for my commute. The adaptive cruise control really helps in traffic, and the infotainment system is pretty user-friendly. Only wish the seat cushioning was a bit firmer.
