I like their staking program that gives a steady yield on some tokens, though the APYs could be a bit more competitive. The only downside has been occasional delays in verification documents clearing, but once that's done, the experience is smooth. Customer support helpful but sometimes slow to reply during weekends.

Good for beginners, some quirks

Reliable but needs better rates

Good exchange but support slow
The trading engine is pretty reliable with minimal slippage, which I value. Still, last week I had a stuck transaction and the support chat took over 12 hours to reply, which was frustrating. Hoping they improve their live help soon.
