Good rates but app glitches sometimes
I exchange BTC to ETH regularly here and the rates are usually better than other services. However, the app crashed during my last swap, which was annoying but support helped fix it quickly.

Good overall but some delays
I’ve been using FixedFloat for a few months now and generally it’s pretty good. The swap times are often fast but I noticed a couple of times my ETH withdrawals took a bit longer than promised. Support was polite but their answers weren’t very detailed. Still, it’s better than my last exchange where I had constant issues with frozen funds.
