We transitioned to Fiserv last year to upgrade our payment infrastructure, and it’s been a big deal. The onboarding process was smooth thanks to their detailed documentation and proactive customer success reps. I especially like how the system supports multiple payment types, from cards to ACH transfers, all in one place. It’s streamlined our reconciliation process significantly. Good platform with occasional slowness
Fiserv’s payment system generally works well for our e-commerce store, especially the fraud protection features which helped us avoid chargebacks. That said, the reporting dashboard sometimes loads slowly during peak hours, which makes it tricky to monitor sales in real time. Still, the overall reliability keeps me using them.
