I ordered a Stratocaster through their site, and the guitar itself sounds amazing, really crisp tones. Just wish the delivery was faster; it took almost two weeks to get here. Support was polite but couldn't speed things up.

Ordered a Fender Precision bass and it showed up in great shape. Took a bit longer to get here than expected, but the sound and feel made up for it. Customer support answered my questions quickly which helped a lot. Definitely planning to order strings and accessories from them next time.

I’ve been playing my Fender acoustic-electric for about six months now. The sound is rich and natural, and the built-in pickup works well for small gigs. I’m a bit frustrated with their tuning app though as it crashes sometimes and has limited options for alternate tunings. Still, I’m happy with the instrument itself and the delivery was fast and hassle-free.
