I used Fastex last week to cash out some Bitcoin to USD and the process was mostly smooth. The withdrawal took about 24 hours which was longer than I'd hoped but not a dealbreaker. I've appreciated Fastex's quick execution speed and low fees, which really help when trading volatile coins.
