Mixed feelings about Extended Perps

I started trading here six months ago because I wanted a decentralized option for perpetual contracts. The platform is mostly stable and the fees are lower than some competitors. On the downside, sometimes I get stuck waiting for confirmations which delays my trades, especially during network congestion. Also, the staking rewards dropped recently, which was disappointing since that was a big incentive for me. Customer service is decent but could be quicker. usable but could improve.
