Good but slow updates
Credit reports are detailed but I noticed the score updates lag by a few days sometimes.

Detailed credit reports but interface needs work
I’ve been using Experian to monitor my credit for about 6 months now. The reports are very thorough and helped me spot a mistaken late payment I disputed right away. On the flip side, the app interface could be more intuitive, sometimes it takes too many clicks to find what I need. Still, the accuracy and alerts make it worth sticking with.

Useful but slow support
I checked my credit score and the analytics seem accurate. The interface is clean and easy to follow, though I did find the customer support a bit slow when I asked about some unclear entries in my report. Hoping that gets better soon.
