I’ve been coming here for over six months. The trainers are knowledgeable and the group fitness classes are fun and challenging. Occasionally, there are issues with booking popular classes through the app, which can be frustrating. But their customer support helped me clear up those troubles pretty quickly.

Equinox offers fantastic classes and the environment is upscale, but sometimes the locker rooms get overcrowded during peak hours. Also, the sauna wasn’t working last week which was disappointing after a tough session. Still, the staff is usually helpful and friendly.

I like that Equinox offers more than just a gym experience. From wellness workshops to spa treatments, it feels like a complete health club. The heated pool is also a big plus, and their staff is consistently welcoming. A bit pricey but the overall quality justifies it for me.
