Mixed feelings about support
I like the services, but their customer support can be hit or miss. Once, I had to wait a long time for a response to my question about my credit score. But when I finally got through, they were helpful.

Almost Great
I really appreciate the identity theft protection Equifax offers, it gives me some peace of mind. They responded quickly when I had a question about my report, which was nice. The only downside is their pricing; I think it’s a bit high compared to other services out there. pretty solid, just wish it was more affordable.

Solid choice
I've been using Equifax for quite a while now, and it’s been mostly great except for a few hiccups with their reports. Still, great tool for improving credit!
