Could improve communication
Embrace is great, but I really wish their customer service would respond a bit quicker. I had a few questions after my first claim and it took them longer than expected to get back to me, which was frustrating.

Disappointed with the coverage
I signed up for Embrace thinking I’d have great support if anything happened to my dog, but I was let down. The coverage for certain conditions seemed limited, and when I made a claim for a routine visit, they didn’t cover much at all. I expected more flexibility and support from an insurance company.

Best decision ever!
