Good but app glitches annoy me
I like the idea behind Ellevest and their focus on personal values in investing. The portfolios perform decently and align with my goals. My only gripe is the app crashes sometimes when I try to change settings or review recent investments. It’s not a dealbreaker but definitely a pain on busy days. Support helped me reset my account but told me a fix is coming soon. Hoping for smoother updates soon.

Ellevest’s commitment to aligning investments with personal values is a big plus for me. I like how they create portfolios that fit your goals, and the option to adjust based on tolerance for risk is handy. However, I found the mobile app a bit glitchy when trying to update my profile information. Also, sometimes the performance tracking lags by a day or so, which can be a bit frustrating for active monitoring. Still, it’s a solid platform for long-term investors with clear objectives.

Been with Ellevest nearly two years now and what keeps me loyal is how their plans adapt as my goals evolve. I had a career break last year and was worried about it messing up my portfolio’s trajectory, but their financial planning tools helped me adjust contributions and risk levels smartly. I also really like that I can see all fees transparently in the app without surprises. Withdrawals took a bit longer than I expected once, but support handled it well. Definitely a platform that feels designed for real people.
