Stable platform with minor hiccups
Trading forex and CFDs on Eightcap is mostly smooth and their charting tools work well for my strategies. I encountered a brief glitch once where the app froze during an order, but it resolved quickly after restarting. I'm generally happy but would rate support response time as needing improvement.

Decent spreads but withdrawal delays
The spreads on EUR/USD are competitive compared to other brokers I’ve used, so that’s a plus for me. But last week my withdrawal took longer than expected, about three days instead of the usual one or two. Hope they speed up the process soon.

Mostly solid but slow withdrawals
The trading app is sleek and has all the tools I need for forex and CFD trading. However, withdrawing funds took longer than I expected, about 5 business days, which was a bit frustrating compared to other brokers I’ve used. Other than that, the platform didn’t glitch during volatile markets, so that was reassuring.

Good platform but slow support
I like Eightcap's trading interface, it's clean and easy to use. However, I had to wait almost 24 hours for a reply from their support team about a withdrawal issue, which was frustrating. Execution speed during volatile times is pretty decent though.
