Mixed feelings after some delays
I’ve been using Edgevana for a few months to manage DeFi transactions and the network usually performs well with decent fees. However last week I had a transaction stuck for over 12 hours which made me nervous since my funds were tied up. Support took time to respond and only after some back and forth did they clear the issue. I get that blockchain can have unexpected hiccups but this was frustrating. Hoping they improve response times and transaction monitoring tools soon.
