Mostly reliable but slow support
I've been using Dynamic wallet for a few months now to manage various altcoins and the app interface is pretty neat and simple. Sending and receiving crypto usually goes smoothly, but I had a delay with a support ticket about a stuck Ethereum transaction that took nearly 48 hours to resolve. The security features are solid though, and I like having the real-time price updates right in the app. Just wish their customer support was a bit faster on the crypto issues.
Solid wallet but minor glitches
Dynamic’s wallet is pretty solid for storing and sending crypto, but sometimes the app freezes when syncing market data. It’s not a dealbreaker but a little annoying if you’re tracking prices closely. Otherwise, security feels top notch and fees are reasonable.
Good wallet but needs better support
I’ve got most of my tokens stored here and the wallet itself is stable with good transaction speeds. What bugs me is how slow their live chat can be when you ask about fees or KYC problems. They should really improve that part since it’s key for newbies.
Interface lags sometimes
App UI sometimes lags on my phone.
