Using Dock for my freelance payments has been mostly convenient. However, the chat support takes longer to respond during peak hours, which can be frustrating when I need quick assistance. Otherwise, the multi-currency accounts and instant card issuance are solid features.

I like how the app syncs with my accounts, really handy for tracking payments on the go. Only thing is the physical card took almost two weeks to arrive, which kinda slowed down my workflow. Support was helpful though when I asked about it, so that’s a plus.
