Good wallet but needs UI improvements
Security is definitely solid, and I trust it with my crypto stash. However, the app interface feels a bit clunky on my phone, sometimes slow to load the portfolio overview.

Decent security but customer support lacking
I was excited to try Dfns because of the hardware wallet’s promise of multi-sig and decentralization. Setting up took longer than expected due to unclear instructions. When I reached out to support about a stuck transaction, I waited days for a response and it wasn’t very helpful. The wallet itself feels secure but the support really needs to step up if they want to be competitive.

Good security, app could improve
I like the advanced security options and multi-sig feature, makes me feel my assets are protected. But sometimes syncing takes forever and that’s annoying when I’m in a hurry to trade.
