Hardware is solid and the biometric authentication works well. However, the mobile app crashed a few times when I tried syncing my NFTs. Hoping they fix this soon because otherwise it’s a great device.

I appreciate the hardware wallet’s design and the biometric lock is a huge upgrade over my last device. The only issue is the companion app sometimes disconnects from the wallet, which is annoying when trying to check balances quickly. Hopefully, updates fix this soon.

I got the D'CENT wallet last month and the biometric authentication really adds peace of mind when accessing my crypto. Setup was pretty straightforward and it supports all the coins I use. The only snag was the slow response from customer support when I had an issue with syncing to the app, but they resolved it in a day.
