Almost perfect but needs a bit more
I switched to Deutsche Bank after hearing great things about their neobanking services. The app is slick, and I love the budgeting tools they provide. However, I did face a small issue with customer service when trying to verify my identity. They were helpful, but it took longer than expected. I'm happy with their services, just a little tweak on support would make it perfect.
