Good but missing some features
I’ve been really happy with Dana’s speed and the cashless payment options. It’s perfect for quick bill payments and sending money to friends. However, I find the currency conversion rates a bit high when I link my international cards. Also, the app sometimes logs me out randomly, which is annoying. I reached out to customer service twice about this while they responded, the issue still happens. Hoping they improve stability soon, because otherwise it’s a solid choice for digital banking here.

Mostly good but minor bugs
Dana's app is pretty user-friendly and the cashback offers are nice. However, the fingerprint login glitches sometimes drive me nuts, especially when I'm in a hurry. Still, support was responsive and fixed it within a day.
