Trustworthy with room for improvement
I’ve been a crypto holder for a few years and recently switched to Cypherock’s hardware wallet after a recommendation. The device's offline key management is definitely a big plus and has helped me feel safer especially during volatile market swings. The only downside was the initial setup guide which left me confused for a bit, needed to check YouTube tutorials to fully get the backup process. Customer support answered my emails but was somewhat slow, so I hope they improve that. excellent protection for my assets but interface polish and faster support would take it up a notch.
