Good but needs better support response times
I started with Curvance because of their promise of automated DeFi protocols and initial yields looked promising. Unfortunately, when a transaction got stuck due to network congestion, I contacted support via chat and it took almost 24 hours to get a clear answer. The platform itself is stable but delayed responses are frustrating especially when dealing with crypto funds. Hopefully, they improve support soon because the technology behind Curvance is solid and the fees are competitive compared to other DeFi projects I’ve tried.
