I started trading crypto about six months ago and Cryptology helped me get comfortable with the process. The interface is clean and the charts are easy to read. I did notice the withdrawal fees are a bit higher than some other exchanges I tried, which eats into profits when cashing out small amounts. Customer support was friendly when I asked about it, though. Overall I’m satisfied but keep an eye on fees if you trade frequently.

So I signed up last year and the KYC process was straightforward, took about two days. But when I had issues with a withdrawal stuck for 48 hours, the support chat took forever to respond and wasn't very helpful initially. The trading pairs and market data are solid, and I've made some good trades here, but that support delay was frustrating. Hoping they improve that soon.

Cryptology offers a neat range of coins and their staking options are appealing. I tried staking some ETH and the rewards came through as promised. Cryptology has been pretty reliable for my daily trades. The market data updates quickly and there’s rarely any slippage on orders. Last month I had a payment verification problem and contacted support through the chat feature. They responded in under an hour and helped me clear it up, which was impressive. I do wish the app had more advanced charting tools, but for regular trading it works well.

Cryptology’s platform has a clean design and the trading experience is solid overall. I appreciate the quick execution of orders and the clear market charts. However, I ran into delays during a recent withdrawal which took almost 3 days to process, way longer than their usual. Also, the staking rewards aren’t as competitive compared to other exchanges I use. The support team was polite but couldn’t speed things up. So while I'm generally happy, I hope they tighten up the withdrawal process and offer better incentives soon.
