Credit Karma gives good credit monitoring and the score tracking works fine. The thing is, some loan offers they push felt like bait and switch. I got approved then the terms changed last minute, which was really frustrating. So I use it cautiously now.

Started using Credit Karma hoping it would help me get a better handle on my credit health and maybe find a good loan option. The credit score updates are clear and easy to understand but after a few months I noticed some inaccuracies in my report details that I had to dispute. Customer support was slow to respond, which was disappointing since I expected faster help. Also, the app kept showing me credit card offers that I wasn’t eligible for, making the experience a bit annoying. I’ll probably keep using it just for free score checks but wouldn’t rely on the recommendations too much.
