Better than I hoped

Convenient but some items confusing
I ordered multiple storage bins and a custom closet kit which was really helpful for my tiny apartment. Their site has tons of product info but I found the sizes a bit confusing, had to double-check measurements a couple times. Also, one box arrived with a missing part and I had to wait a week for the replacement, which was annoying. On the plus side, their chat support was pretty responsive once I reached out and got everything sorted eventually. The quality and style are impressive though, so I’m mostly happy despite the hiccup.

Mixed experience with delivery
I liked the product selection, especially for closets, but my order took almost ten days to arrive, which was frustrating. The packaging was damaged when it arrived too, although nothing inside was broken. Might try again but not thrilled about the shipping delay.
