I use Connext mainly for cross-chain transfers between Ethereum and Polygon. The speed is decent, but the fees were a bit higher than I expected during network congestion. Support was helpful when I had questions about liquidity pools though.

I've been using Connext for about six months now to bridge assets between Binance Smart Chain and Avalanche. Most of the time it works fine, but there were a couple times when the app froze during transfer confirmation which was frustrating. Customer support took a bit longer than I'd like to respond but eventually resolved the issue.
