Mixed experience overall

I used Column to manage my startup's cash flow for about three months now. The funding approval was quite smooth, but I noticed the interest fees were a bit higher than I expected. Also, the customer support sometimes took a day to respond which was frustrating.

Funding okay but fees frustrating

I liked how quick the loan application was but the effective interest rate ended up higher because I didn’t realize some processing fees upfront. Support was polite but didn’t offer a breakdown immediately. Not the worst experience but I’ll be more careful next time.
