I've been trading on CoinW for about 6 months now. The interface is pretty intuitive, but sometimes the futures order book lags and I lose good entry points. Also, their customer support took hours to respond when I had an issue with KYC verification. Still, fees are competitive compared to other platforms I've used.

I like the variety of coins available for spot trading, and the staking rewards are decent. However, a few times my orders didn't execute properly due to app freezes. I also found the use options a bit confusing at first and almost got liquidated because of that. Support helped after I contacted them but it was a slow process.

Interface feels cluttered and sometimes slow to load on mobile. Trading fees are reasonable though. Had some trouble with a stuck order that took a while to cancel. Support gets back to you but not always quickly. I’d say it’s usable but could improve a lot on user experience.
