Really Disappointed with Withdrawals

I tried withdrawing my BTC twice and both times the transaction got stuck for hours. Support was not very helpful, kept giving generic answers without solving anything. Lost a lot of time and almost missed a trading opportunity because of this delay. Not sure I'll use CoinTR again anytime soon.

Not happy with withdrawal delays

I made several withdrawals last month and two of them took over five days to process. Support was slow to respond and didn’t give clear answers. Fees are okay but the delays make me hesitate to use CoinTR for big trades.
