Good platform with minor glitches
Used Coinstore for a few months now. The trading interface is mostly smooth, but sometimes the order execution lags a bit during high volatility. Fees are reasonable and customer support helped me quickly when I had an issue with a withdrawal.

Mostly great but some support hiccups
I started using Coinstore last year after switching from another exchange due to lower fees here. The deposit process went very smooth and trading pairs have all the tokens I usually deal with. The staking rewards payout on time every month and I appreciate the detailed portfolio tracking they provide. However, once I accidentally sent BTC to the wrong address, and while support was responsive, the recovery process felt a bit slow and stressful. Also I noticed during a flash crash the order book sometimes had minor delays which impacted order fills. Still, compared to competitors, Coinstore overall feels more trustworthy and straight to the point. Just wish support was a bit faster in emergencies but otherwise it’s a good tool for trading crypto regularly.

Good needs faster KYC
KYC took longer than expected, but after approval, trading was quick and fees are competitive.
