Good exchange but slow KYC
CoinEx offers a nice selection of tokens and the fees are fair. The only thing is the KYC verification took almost a week for me, which delayed my trading plans.

Mixed experience with CoinEx support and app
I started trading on CoinEx about three months ago, mainly spot and a bit of futures. The trading fees are decent and I like that they support a wide range of altcoins. However, I ran into trouble when a withdrawal got stuck for over 24 hours; contacting support was slow at first, but they eventually resolved the issue after I submitted multiple tickets. The app interface sometimes glitches when switching between wallets, which is annoying during active trading sessions. Despite these hiccups, I appreciate the staking options they offer, which helped me earn some passive income while holding coins. Hoping they improve the app stability soon.
