I've been using Coinbase for about six months now. The interface is pretty intuitive, and I like the staking options they offer on some coins. However, I had an issue with a delayed withdrawal last week and customer support took almost two days to respond. Other than that, everything works fine.

I appreciate Coinbase's security and the clear layout of the trading dashboard. My only gripe is their fees, especially when converting fiat to crypto. Just last month, I withdrew some ETH and the transaction fees were surprisingly steep. Still, for the ease of use and the trust factor, I keep coming back. Customer service was decent when I had to verify my ID again, though it took a couple of tries to get everything accepted.
