Frustrating experience with cancellations
I signed up hoping to explore new classes but got really disappointed when several sessions I booked were canceled last minute without proper refunds. Also, the credits system is confusing and support was slow to respond when I asked about it. Felt like I wasted my money and time trying to make it work.
