Great features but some hiccups
I switched to Chime because I wanted a no-fee account and early direct deposit. The sign-up was quick, and I really like the automatic saving pots for budgeting. One thing though, the app occasionally glitches, especially when I try to transfer money outside of business hours. Had to call support twice, which took a bit longer than expected, but they were helpful once I got through.
Early deposit is a big deal
Love getting paid early, helps a ton.
Convenient but needs better limits
Chime's early direct deposit has been a lifesaver for me especially with rent deadlines. The app interface is clean and easy to navigate, and I like the round-up savings feature that helps me stash cash without thinking. However, I ran into some annoying limits with transfers and found the daily spending cap a bit tight when paying for groceries or bills. Customer support was friendly but couldn't lift those limits, so that was a bummer.
Mostly good but slow support
The app is pretty smooth and I appreciate the automatic savings feature. However, I had to wait over 24 hours for a response from support when I had an issue with my card. They resolved it but that delay was frustrating.
App crashes sometimes
App is cool but crashes randomly.
