Complicated setup but works fine

I started using Checkout.com for my online store last year. The onboarding required quite a bit of documentation, which was a bit frustrating, especially the KYC part. After that, though, payments processed smoothly across different currencies. The dashboard could be more intuitive, but overall functional for tracking transactions.

Interface needs improvement

I like how flexible the payment options are but the dashboard UI feels outdated and sometimes clunky. It slowed me down when managing refunds.
