Good platform with minor delays
I used Changelly for a crypto swap about two weeks ago. The process was smooth but I noticed the exchange rate was slightly less favorable than Binance at that moment. The transaction took around 12 minutes, which is okay but could be faster. Support was polite when I asked about timing.

Mostly good but slow swaps
Used Changelly several times for swapping ETH to BTC. Fees are fair but some swaps took longer than expected, especially during high network traffic. Support was helpful when I reached out once.

Good but swap times vary
I’ve used Changelly a few times now. Sometimes the swap happens in under 5 minutes, other times it drags over 15. The fees are reasonable though and the interface is one of the simplest I've seen. Customer support was okay but not super fast when I messaged.
