Powerful tool, minor hiccups
We've integrated Chainalysis into our compliance workflow last year and it’s been a big deal for tracking suspicious transactions. The depth of blockchain data they provide helps our team flag possible fraud much faster. Only downside is the occasional lag in the dashboard updates during peak hours, but support is quick to respond. it’s boosted our risk management a lot.

Good overall but needs better API docs
Chainalysis delivers accurate blockchain insights which help us speed up investigations. The only snag is their API documentation isn’t as detailed as I’d like, making integration slower than expected. Once set up though, the data feeds work smoothly and have improved our compliance team’s efficiency.

Effective tracking but slow updates
The blockchain monitoring is spot on and the alerts are reliable. My only gripe is the update speed on high-volume transaction periods feels lagged, which can delay decision-making. Still, the insights it gives us into suspicious activity are very helpful.

Great analytics but interface needs polish
Chainalysis offers solid blockchain data and their investigative tools are impressively detailed. However, their user interface can feel clunky at times, especially when navigating between wallets and transaction histories. The support team helped with onboarding, but I hope they streamline the UI soon. Still, very useful for tracing crypto flows.
