Good for bridging real assets
Used Centrifuge to tokenize some of my company’s invoices and it really helped with cash flow. The pool liquidity allowed me to borrow without going through banks, which was the main draw. I did notice occasional slowdowns in the app during network congestion, but nothing deal breaking. a solid tool for businesses looking for alternative financing options in DeFi.

Decent service with minor hiccups
I liked how the platform connected my real estate assets to DeFi pools. There was a slight delay during my first token minting which was a bit annoying. However, the interest rates offered on loans were attractive, and I’m overall satisfied.

Mostly good but UI needs polish
The protocol works well for tokenizing assets but the dashboard UI feels cluttered sometimes. I had to double-check my transaction history a couple of times because it’s not very intuitive. That said, the fees are reasonable and liquidity is reliable.

Reliable DeFi asset financing
The process to onboard and list assets was clear and the ability to get loans backed by these tokens saves a lot of headache versus traditional methods. I appreciate the transparent fees and their team’s willingness to educate users on risks involved. Would be nicer if the mobile app offered more features though.
