I like how Celestia separates consensus from execution because it opens new doors for blockchain customization. The network uptime has been mostly solid but sometimes syncing nodes took longer than expected. The developer docs are helpful but could be more detailed regarding error handling. it’s a promising platform for modular blockchain projects.

Great potential with some rough edges
I’ve been experimenting with Celestia to create a blockchain for decentralized finance applications. The modular design is a breath of fresh air, allowing me to tweak consensus parameters independently from execution logic. This flexibility helped me optimize transaction throughput better than on monolithic platforms I’ve used before. On the flip side, some of the tooling around node operation and monitoring feels immature and occasionally caused me to restart nodes unexpectedly during stress tests. The community forums are active and the devs do respond, but more solid diagnostics would make life easier. Still, I’m excited about where this is headed and will keep building here.

Mostly happy with Celestia
