Solid mattress, minor hiccups
I like the Casper mattress overall; it arrived well-packaged and setup was easy. One thing though, the pillow took longer to fluff up than expected. Still, the quality is good and I feel rested every morning.

A bit disappointed with delivery and support
I was excited to try Casper after hearing great reviews, but my experience was mixed. The mattress took over two weeks to arrive instead of the promised five days. When I contacted support, responses were delayed and not very helpful about the delay. The mattress itself is comfortable, but the wait put a damper on the whole experience. I hope they improve their logistics soon.
