Decent but could improve
Cashfree does the job for handling online payments, but I found the transaction fees a bit on the higher side compared to other providers. Also, the interface is clean but lacks some advanced reporting features that I need for better insights. On the plus side, payouts arrive mostly on time and the support chat is responsive when contacted during business hours.

Service is okay, not fantastic
Cashfree works, but I've had issues with the UI being unintuitive at times. Also, I experienced a stuck transaction that took way too long to resolve. Support eventually fixed it but it was stressful waiting around. The fees could be more competitive too. I might look for alternatives if these keep happening.
