Smooth purchase experience
I recently bought a Honda Civic through Carvana and was pleasantly surprised with how simple it all was. After browsing for about a week, I found a great deal. The price was fair and the pickup was easy, though I had to wait an extra day for delivery. Their support team was nice, but they could have been a bit more proactive in keeping me updated about the delay. Still, I'd use them again.
