Great for price insights
CarGurus helped me figure out if a deal was fair with their Instant Market Value feature. The only downside was some dealer reviews seemed fake, so I took those with a grain of salt.

Good platform but some frustrations
I searched for a used SUV and the site showed plenty of options which was great. However, several cars were flagged as available but turned out sold when I called the dealer. The price insights helped me negotiate a better deal, saving me a few hundred bucks. It’s a solid site but should update listings more often to avoid the hassle of chasing cars that aren’t actually for sale.

Helpful but minor glitches
The filters on the site work well to narrow down choices by mileage and price. One thing I noticed is the mobile app crashed a couple of times while browsing, which was annoying. Still, the ability to compare dealers side-by-side is a big plus.

Convenient interface with small issues
I appreciate how easy it is to filter cars by features and price on CarGurus. The detailed vehicle history reports were super helpful for my peace of mind. One thing though, the estimated delivery times from sellers weren't always accurate which messed up my schedule a bit. it made the buying process much more transparent compared to other sites I've tried.

User-friendly but room for trust improvement
The website is user-friendly and I liked the dealer ratings feature. However, during my last purchase, the seller didn’t update the listing promptly and I ended up wasting time. Still better than other platforms I've seen.
