Mixed feelings on accuracy
The report showed no accidents for the car I wanted, but the dealer later mentioned it was in a fender bender. Felt a bit misled even though overall the site is easy to use.

Helpful but some delays
I ordered a report for a 2015 Toyota and it took almost 24 hours to arrive. The data was accurate, but would prefer quicker turnaround next time.

Some info missing, frustrating
I bought a car after checking Carfax, but later found out the previous owner hid some repairs. The report didn’t mention those, which made me question its completeness.
